If you are worried that you do not have the ability to achieve your dreams, there is plenty of advice on the internet. Things like getting up at the crack of dawn, always making your bed, make sure to schedule more breaks, take the time to eat right, etc...
This is all sensible advice for certain people some of the time, but are these tips really the true secret to creating the ultimate self-discipline? For example, if you are not a morning person, than simply sleep in. If you do not enjoy running, try yoga then. You simply cannot succeed by forcing yourself to do things that you truly do not like. However, by doing things you like will gradually gain confidence and momentum and develop more self-discipline with each little wins that you achieve.
This applies in your career. Whatever you set for yourself, be sure to attempt to do what you like and you will see yourself doing more of it and dedicating more time in order to succeed at what you do.
